Richmond is a town in North Yorkshire, England. Situated on the River Swale and gateway to the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Richmond has been described as the jewel in the heart of North Yorkshire. Rising from the centre of the town is the Richmond Church of Holy Trinity and the Obelisk. There are many tourist attractions here, including Richmond Castle, Easby Abbey, Friary Tower & Gardens, Georgian, Theatre Museum, Green Howards Museum and Richmond Local History Museam.
