Once Brewed is a village within Northumberland, England. Depending upon which direction you’re coming from, the name will differ. Travelling in from the East will see the Village place name shield show “Once Brewed” and the Once Brewed Youth Hostel, but if you travel in from the West, the village place name shield will show “Twice Brewed” and the Twice Brewed Inn, both accommodations popular with Hadrian’s Wall visitors and the Pennine Way walkers.
