Addingham
Addingham
Addingham is a village in West Yorkshire, England. A quiet restful village in the Wharfe Valley with lots to offer, it is best known for its beautiful walks and countryside. With ‘cup and ring’ stone carving evidence found on Addington Moor and flint tools found on nearby Rombalds Moor, it is thought the village was first populated as early as the Bronze Age. The residents of the village socialising in Addingham pub, the Crown Inn, a 17th century coaching inn and Addingham pub, The Swan – one of the last remaining un-spoilt village ale houses in Wharfedale, ideally placed to refresh before or after a trip around the ‘Dales’ (Yorkshire Dales National Park).
