John O'Groats
John O'Groats

John O’Groats is a small coastal village in the north east highlands of Scotland. It is the most northerly place in Britain, the landscape & scenery is un-spoilt and has become a place best known for its wildlife, which includes seals, dolphins, minke and killer whales. John O’Groats is just a short walk away from Duncansby Head Lighthouse which stands proud of the rugged and massive rock stacks known as the Stacks of Duncansby. John O’Groats is also only 6 miles from the Orkney Islands, and it is here that you will see Skara Brae, the Churchill barriers, Maeshowe and the Standing Stones of Stenness –all worth a visit.
