Craster
Craster is a small village on the Northumberland coast in England. A short walk from here you will see what remains of Dunstanburgh Castle, now owned by The National Trust, it was a magnificent castle its day. Always’s a fishing port, the village is renowned for a delicacy known as the Craster kipper, which is famous throughout the country and is still prepared in the traditional way using oak smoked barrels. If you hunt it out, Craster has a secret – a hidden cove of Rumbling Kern and the beach there is award winning. Craster is Eco Cycle Adventures friendly.
